Return rules at a glance

• Returns accepted within 30 days of receiving your item.
• Free return shipping is provided for eligible returns.
• We do not charge a restocking fee for returns.
• We do not accept returns on sale or discounted items, or on gift cards when offered.

Returns

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase from your order confirmation email. To start a return, email godslittlearmies@gmail.com with your order reference. We will confirm whether your return is accepted and provide the return address. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. We do not accept returns on sale or discounted items, or on gift cards when offered.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return what you have. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund is processed automatically to your original payment method through Stripe within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may need additional time to post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, contact us at godslittlearmies@gmail.com.

Pickup and delivery

For pickup orders, please collect within the timeframe provided in your order email. For delivery orders, notify us promptly if an address issue prevents fulfilment.
