About the store

God's Little Armies Bookstore sells faith-based books and learning resources for children. Orders are placed by adults (parents, guardians, or other purchasers), not by children directly.

Orders and checkout

• Checkout is guest checkout; we do not offer customer accounts in the current store version.
• An order is accepted when payment is confirmed through Stripe.
• We may refuse or cancel an order if there is a stock issue, suspected fraud, pricing error, or other lawful reason. If payment was taken, we will refund you.
• Product descriptions, images, and prices are shown in good faith; minor variations in print or packaging may occur.

Pricing and payment

• Prices are shown in EUR unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe. You may be redirected to Stripe Checkout to complete payment.
• We are not responsible for bank or card issuer fees charged to you.

Delivery

Delivery and pickup options are described in our Shipping Policy. Charges and minimum order values shown at checkout apply to your order.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and product materials, belongs to God's Little Armies or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute site content without permission except for personal use related to a purchase.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or a product. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer where applicable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Courts in Ireland have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence where they apply.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms for new orders.
